Detailed Job Description:

• years of Quality Engineering experience, with a proven track record of managing large, complex programs for US clients.
• Responsible for end-to-end portfolio governance, delivery oversight, quality strategy, stakeholder management, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Strong understanding of modern test automation, with good hands-on/architectural exposure to Playwright and scalable automation frameworks.
• Good exposure to GenAI and AI Agents, with the ability to drive AI-led transformation and productivity improvements across the QE lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, leadership, client-facing, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to lead large distributed onsite/offshore teams and engage senior client leadership.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 15 to 20 years
