OnBase Infrastructure Administrator

NTT DATA seeks an OnBase Infrastructure Administrator to manage and optimize our enterprise OnBase environment for global clients. In this role, you will install, configure, and maintain OnBase servers, databases, and related components; monitor availability and performance; and execute upgrades, patches, and backup/restore procedures. You will troubleshoot production issues, implement security and access controls, and collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer On
• Base servers, services, and components
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance of the On
• Base platform
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and environment changes
• Manage SQL Server databases supporting On
• Base, including backup and recovery
• Implement and maintain security, access control, and compliance configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and performance issues
• Automate routine tasks using scripts and standard tools
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business teams on solutions and integrations
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration records
• Contribute to continuous improvement, capacity planning, and best practices for the platform
