Manager of Operational Technology Cybersecurity

NTT DATA is seeking a Manager of Operational Technology Cybersecurity to lead security efforts across industrial and critical infrastructure environments. In this role, you will design and govern OT/ICS security architectures, oversee risk assessments and incident response, and guide deployment of OT security tools. You will partner with global engineering, IT, and operations teams to strengthen defenses, support regulatory compliance, and drive secure-by-design initiatives while mentoring teams and contributing to large-scale digital transformation programs for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity controls across industrial and critical infrastructure environments
• Develop and maintain OT security standards, policies, and procedures aligned with NTT DATA and client requirements
• Conduct risk assessments, network segmentation reviews, and vulnerability analysis for OT/ICS environments
• Oversee deployment and tuning of OT security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, asset discovery, monitoring)
• Coordinate incident response for OT security events, including root-cause analysis and remediation planning
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to ensure secure-by-design architectures and change management
• Manage OT cybersecurity roadmaps, project plans, and reporting to client and internal stakeholders
• Provide guidance and training to plant/operations staff on OT security best practices and compliance requirements
• Support audits and regulatory compliance efforts related to OT/ICS security frameworks and standards
• Track emerging OT threat trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
