Global Medical Response is seeking a Part Time IT Field Support Technician to keep critical healthcare and emergency response operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll provide on-site support for clinical and administrative teams, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting workstations, mobile devices, printers, and network connections. You'll resolve tickets, support secure remote access and VPNs, and help maintain IT equipment used in time-sensitive medical transport. Working closely with central IT and field staff, you'll uphold security and compliance standards while delivering responsive, patient-centered technology support in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
