Provide senior technical leadership for the design, development, integration, enhancement, and operational support of CASS applications. Lead technical workstreams, develop solution architecture, coordinate cross-functional teams, guide engineering quality, and support secure, reliable production operations and continuous improvement.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend solution approaches.

- Provide technical coaching, mentoring, design guidance, and knowledge transfer.
