Lead data center operations teams responsible for maintaining cloud infrastructure. The role may require travel or temporary work at other data center sites during training or facility development.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators.
- Manage team performance across data center operations and locations.
- Recruit and train data technicians to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Oversee daily operations, queue management, shift arrangements, and hardware logistics.
- Manage outages and large-scale events as call leader.
- Track operational KPIs and improve workflows, procedures, and service quality.
