WarehouseQuote is seeking a Quality Analyst to help ensure its software, integrations, and workflows are reliable and production-ready. You will participate throughout the software development lifecycle, create and execute tests across connected systems, validate APIs and logistics integrations, document defects, coordinate user acceptance testing, and support releases. This is an on-site role in Kansas City.
Responsibilities
- Review Jira stories and acceptance criteria for testability and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
- Create and execute functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, API, and user acceptance tests.
- Validate data and transaction flows across applications, APIs, warehouse management systems, EDI, and external partners.
- Maintain reusable test cases and document test evidence, failures, and defect reproduction steps.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with business stakeholders and validate changes before production deployment.
- Perform release-related regression and smoke testing, and monitor the QA testing queue.
