SENKO Advanced Components, a global leader in fiber optic interconnect solutions, seeks a Business Systems Analyst to optimize and support critical business systems across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations. In this engineering-driven, quality-focused environment, you will analyze requirements, map and improve processes, configure and enhance ERP/CRM and related applications, and drive data integrity and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead testing and user training, and support continuous improvement for high-performance optical connectivity solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for manufacturing, supply chain, and ERP/CRM systems to support fiber optic product operations
- Map and optimize end-to-end business processes, identifying gaps and recommending system or workflow improvements
- Configure and support business applications, ensuring data integrity, usability, and alignment with operational needs
- Develop functional specifications, use cases, and user stories for enhancements and new system capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and sales teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Lead systems testing, UAT, and validation activities; track and resolve defects and issues
- Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and SOPs for key business systems and processes
- Support reporting and analytics initiatives, including KPIs and dashboards for manufacturing and commercial teams
- Train and support end users, providing ongoing guidance on system features and best practices
- Assist with system integrations, data migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives across global operations
