TKC - Kodi Collective LLC seeks a detail-oriented Mail List Processor to support secure, large-scale mailing and data operations for government and defense clients. In this role, you will clean, standardize, and maintain high-volume mailing lists, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy and security standards. You will import and export data across systems, run quality checks, de-duplicate records, and prepare lists for automated mail and digital campaigns. Responsibilities
- Clean, validate, and standardize high-volume mailing lists to ensure accuracy and deliverability.
- Import, export, and transform data between databases, spreadsheets, and mail systems.
- Identify and remove duplicate or invalid records while maintaining data integrity and audit trails.
- Prepare lists for bulk mail and digital campaigns in coordination with IT and project teams.
- Apply data security and privacy standards when handling sensitive or PII data.
- Run routine quality assurance checks and generate reports on list health and performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define data requirements and resolve list issues.
- Document data processes, procedures, and list management standards for repeatable operations.
