Location: Fort Worth, TX
Hours: 06:00 AM - 03:30 PM
Responsibilities:- Develop, write, and optimize CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso software to support manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
- Interpret and apply GD&T requirements to create accurate and efficient CMM programs for complex rotorcraft components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review technical drawings and 3D models, ensuring proper programming for dimensional validation.
- Utilize Catia and 3DX to interpret 3D models and integrate design data into CMM programming.
- Maintain and update CMM programs to reflect design changes, process improvements, and evolving quality standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CMM programming and operation.
- Prepare and deliver documentation, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Excel).
- Communicate programming results and recommendations to executive management, customers, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:- Completed Bachelor's Degree.
- Advanced proficiency in Zeiss Calypso software for CMM programming.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T principles and their application in programming and manufacturing processes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and validating CMM programs for complex components and assemblies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Excel).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interface with executive management, customers, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Catia and 3DX for reviewing and interpreting 3D models and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with aerospace or rotorcraft manufacturing processes and quality standards.
