Position: Senior Manager, Change Management
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Focus: Digital & Ecommerce Technology Transformation
Role Overview:
The organization is bringing its Ecommerce and Digital Mobile App departments together under one unified Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC). This position will lead the people/adoption side of the transformation and drive hands-on adoption of new operating models, delivery practices, tooling and roles. The role will also serve as the change lead for AI-enabled software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead organizational change for unified PDLC across Ecommerce and Mobile App engineering.
Design and mature a unified technology delivery operating model.
Conduct current-state, stakeholder-impact and readiness assessments.
Develop change plans using Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent.
Build communication, training, sponsor and change-champion strategies.
Develop a maturity scorecard measuring adoption and delivery health.
Lead adoption of AI-assisted coding, AI-powered QA/testing and AI-assisted requirements/design tools.
Partner with Engineering, Security and AI Governance teams on responsible AI adoption.
Develop role-specific AI training, playbooks and champion networks.
Manage organizational impacts including role redesign, skill gaps and employee concerns.
Present change strategy and progress to senior executives.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive Organizational Change Management experience.
3+ years in technology, digital or software engineering transformations.
Hands-on change management experience.
Experience with Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, LaMarsh or similar methodology.
PDLC/SDLC transformation experience.
Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe, CI/CD, DevOps and release-management knowledge.
Direct AI enablement/adoption experience.
Ability to influence senior technology/business leaders without formal authority.
Excellent executive-level communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred:
Prosci/CCMP/ACMP certification
CSM or SAFe certification
Master's degree
Change Management Center of Excellence experience
AI governance/responsible AI experience
Jira/Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Confluence or ServiceNow experience
