OhioHealth is seeking an Epic Senior System Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Epic systems supporting our extensive healthcare network. Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, and optimization of Epic systems to support clinical and business workflows
- Gather, document, and translate stakeholder requirements into Epic system configurations
- Configure, test, and validate Epic modules, interfaces, and integrations
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendor teams
- Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and technical specifications
- Support upgrades, patches, and new Epic feature implementations
- Provide advanced user support, training, and knowledge transfer to clinicians and staff
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve care delivery and operational efficiency
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements based on metrics and user feedback
