Develop system and network requirements, design interfaces, install and configure hardware and software, monitor performance, and support testing across on-premises, commercial, and hybrid cloud environments.

- Build, maintain, and guide integration of mission applications with the hosting environment.
- Translate customer needs and high-level strategies into system and network requirements.
- Design interfaces and integrate system and network components.
- Plan and coordinate equipment installation, and install hardware, systems, and software.
- Monitor system performance and implement tuning improvements.
- Review test plans, participate in testing, and verify requirements and customer acceptance.
