Lead Development Systems Engineer

Serve as the senior technical authority for Corporate Land, translating business needs into scalable solutions across automation, data, analytics, and AI. Own architecture and delivery from discovery through deployment and lifecycle support, establish engineering standards, guide technical roadmaps, and mentor technical contributors.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable, supportable technical solutions.
• Own architecture and end-to-end delivery of automation, data, analytics, and AI-enabled products.
• Design and guide data pipelines, queries, applications, and analytical products using cloud data platforms.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns, standards, and controls for code, testing, documentation, security, and deployment.
• Build and prioritize a technical roadmap aligned with business strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Guide technical decisions, mentor contributors, and improve solution performance, reliability, adoption, and cost.
