Install, remove, and maintain IT systems at retail travel center sites, including network infrastructure, point-of-sale equipment, computers, servers, printers, and low-voltage cabling. Troubleshoot technical issues, verify installations meet business and compliance requirements, and provide on-site support. The role is based in Knoxville and requires frequent travel to job sites. Responsibilities Install and remove network infrastructure, POS systems, computers, servers, printers, and other site devices. Install and maintain low-voltage data, voice, and IT infrastructure cabling. Troubleshoot and maintain end-user technology and site equipment. Validate requirements and confirm solutions meet business expectations and compliance standards. Provide on-site support and coordinate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Travel to sites and perform installations while following safety and established work guidelines.
