GovCIO LLC seeks a Senior Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager to lead endpoint management for federal customers. You will design, deploy, and optimize MECM/Intune environments, automate software distribution and patching, and ensure secure, compliant workstations across large enterprises. Partner with cybersecurity, cloud, and network teams to modernize government IT, troubleshoot complex issues, and document standards. Mentor junior engineers, support migration initiatives, and contribute to innovative, mission-critical digital services in a collaborative, fast-paced culture.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune solutions for federal customers.
- Develop and maintain software deployment, patch management, and OS imaging processes.
- Ensure endpoint security and compliance with federal and agency standards.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint, deployment, and configuration issues across large environments.
- Automate routine tasks using Power
- Shell and related tooling.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and cloud teams on modernization projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and runbooks.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Support migration initiatives and technology refresh efforts for endpoint platforms.
- Monitor, report, and optimize endpoint performance, availability, and compliance posture.
