BMO Financial is seeking a Data Analyst to support decision-making across our Finance & Insurance businesses. In this role, you will collect, clean, and analyze financial, customer, and operational data to generate insights that improve performance and customer experience. You will build dashboards and reports, develop data models, and collaborate with stakeholders across banking, risk, and product teams. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate financial, customer, and operational data from multiple sources.
- Build dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools for business stakeholders.
- Perform statistical and trend analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches and clear, actionable insights.
- Partner with finance, risk, product, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Document data definitions, metrics, and processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with technology teams on data pipelines, governance, and BI tools.
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical partners and leaders.
