GXO Logistics is seeking a Data Center Operations Supervisor to lead critical infrastructure supporting our transportation and warehousing solutions. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day data center operations, ensuring high availability, safety and security for servers, storage and network systems that power our global logistics platforms. You'll supervise a team of technicians, manage maintenance, monitoring and incident response, and partner closely with IT, transportation and warehouse leaders. Leveraging automation, analytics and best-practice processes, you'll drive continuous improvement, support new technology deployments and help shape the future of GXO's data-driven supply chain operations. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily data center operations within GXO logistics facilities to ensure high availability and performance
  • Coordinate maintenance, monitoring and incident response for servers, storage, and network equipment
  • Implement and enforce safety, security and compliance standards across the data center
  • Schedule and lead technicians, assign workloads and track KPIs for uptime and service quality
  • Collaborate with transportation, warehousing and IT teams to support logistics applications and WMS/TMS platforms
  • Review system alerts, performance dashboards and tickets, driving timely root-cause analysis and resolution
  • Support deployment of automation, robotics and warehouse technology that depend on data center infrastructure
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, asset inventories and change management records
  • Train and mentor staff on operational procedures, tools and best practices
  • Contribute to capacity planning, disaster recovery testing and continuous improvement projects
