Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with operations, IT, safety and external vendors to ensure successful integration of new technologies. Conduct system troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety standards and support risk assessments for automated equipment and processes. Create technical documentation, drawings and specifications for automation equipment and layouts. Train operations and maintenance teams on new automated systems and best practices. Support multi-site and global initiatives to standardize and scale automation solutions across GXO's network.
