Job Description:
The IT Systems Specialist Lead is a senior individual contributor role within the Manufacturing & Operational Technology Tower. The Lead provides technical & service leadership, to design, govern, deploy, & support plant floor & warehouse technology solutions that enable safe, reliable, & efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Serve as the technical lead for manufacturing & operational technology solutions, establishing design standards & ensuring architectural alignment across OT, IT, & cloud environments.
Own & guide complex integrations (e.g., SCADA/PLC to applications; MES/MOM to SAP) & make key technical decisions across interconnected systems.
Define configuration baselines, integration patterns, & technical guidelines; review & validate internal & vendor technical deliverables.
Act as the final technical escalation point for high severity incidents, cross platform troubleshooting, & plant critical system issues.
Lead root cause analysis & drive permanent remediation & continuous improvement initiatives.
