Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and optimization of manufacturing and enterprise applications supporting Honda operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to define technical requirements and architectures
- Own end-to-end application lifecycle including design, coding standards, testing, deployment, and performance tuning
- Integrate applications with manufacturing systems, ERP, and data platforms to improve efficiency and quality
- Drive technical roadmap, best practices, and governance for application platforms
- Mentor and guide engineers, reviewing designs and code for scalability, reliability, and security
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust, sustainable fixes
- Contribute to innovation initiatives in automation, analytics, and Industry 4.0 solutions
