Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT software projects from initiation through deployment
- Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, and stakeholders
- Implement and oversee project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile/Hybrid)
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; drive resolution and escalation as needed
- Communicate status, milestones, and dependencies to executives and stakeholders
- Ensure projects align with business objectives and deliver measurable value
- Drive process improvement and continuous optimization of delivery practices
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team capability building
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and manage expectations
