Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT software projects from initiation through deployment Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, and stakeholders Implement and oversee project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile/Hybrid) Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; drive resolution and escalation as needed Communicate status, milestones, and dependencies to executives and stakeholders Ensure projects align with business objectives and deliver measurable value Drive process improvement and continuous optimization of delivery practices Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team capability building Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and manage expectations Required Skills Project management Agile methodologies Scrum Risk management Budgeting and cost control Stakeholder management Resource planning Requirements management Project scheduling (Gantt/roadmapping) Project management tools (Jira, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project)
