We are seeking a Business Analyst / Adoption Specialist to support an ongoing initiative facilitating the adoption of electronic reporting among healthcare providers and facility administrators. In this role, you will assist external stakeholders with system onboarding, user enrollment, workflow optimization, and tier-1 technical support.
The ideal candidate blends strong customer service and stakeholder outreach abilities with practical technical troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Onboarding & Outreach: Conduct direct outreach to healthcare facilities, administrators, and clinical staff to understand current reporting workflows and drive system adoption.
Account & Credential Support: Assist external users with Single Sign-On (SSO) account creation, credential recovery, password resets, and account link resolution.
Workflow & Requirements Analysis: Analyze facility readiness, review usage metrics, and recommend tailored operational workflows to integrate electronic reporting effectively.
Defect & Issue Tracking: Identify, document, and escalate system defects and workflow bottlenecks to technical leads and quality assurance teams.
User Enablement: Guide external users through system navigation and direct stakeholders to relevant training documentation and operational resources.
Reporting: Maintain structured weekly personal status reports and project tracking records.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of IT industry experience encompassing business analysis, end-user support, technical customer service, or stakeholder onboarding.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with web portal troubleshooting, SSO workflows, and basic account provisioning.
Communication & Training: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering technical guidance to professional audiences.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate user issues, document process workflows, and translate technical steps for non-technical stakeholders.
Working Conditions:
Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Harrisburg, PA for monthly meetings or training)
Position Type: Long-Term Contract
Schedule: Monday Friday, 40 hours per week
