The range for the position is $90,000 to $105,000 Duties & Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions: 1. Provide technical leadership for all hydronic infrastructure, including chilled water plants, cooling towers, heat exchangers, pumps, piping distribution networks, and water treatment systems, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and operational resilience. Oversee preventive maintenance, condition assessments, and lifecycle management of hydronic and water treatment assets, leveraging data-driven analysis to improve system efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
