Job Description

Leidos seeks a Cybersecurity Training Analyst to design and deliver engaging cyber awareness and compliance training for government and commercial clients. In this role, you will analyze threat trends, translate complex security requirements into clear learning objectives, and build instructor-led and e-learning content. You will track metrics, assess training effectiveness, and refine curricula to reduce risk. Collaborating with security engineers, program managers, and stakeholders, you'll support mission-critical environments while promoting a strong security culture and continuous learning across diverse, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver cybersecurity awareness and compliance training programs
  • Analyze security policies, standards, and threat trends to define learning objectives
  • Develop e-learning modules, job aids, and instructor-led training materials
  • Collaborate with security engineers and stakeholders to align content with mission needs
  • Track participation and performance metrics to assess training effectiveness
  • Continuously improve curricula based on feedback, metrics, and emerging threats
