In this role, you'll translate complex agency needs into secure, scalable architectures and user-focused products, partnering with cross-functional teams in a mission-driven, collaborative environment. You'll guide stakeholders through digital transformation, create standards and best practices, and mentor teammates while working with modern technologies that support high-impact government programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert on federal IT modernization, advising stakeholders on best practices in cloud, cybersecurity, and agile delivery.
- Translate complex mission and technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories and solution designs.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and security teams to shape roadmaps and validate technical approaches.
- Develop and maintain standards, playbooks, and documentation for digital transformation initiatives.
- Support capture, proposals, and client presentations with domain expertise and thought leadership.
- Analyze legacy systems, data flows, and pain points to recommend modernization strategies.
- Ensure solutions comply with federal policies, security controls, and industry standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to project teams and government stakeholders.
- Define and track KPIs to measure mission impact, system performance, and user experience.
- Stay current on emerging federal IT trends, tools, and regulations and apply them to ongoing projects.
