Arrow Electronics seeks a Design For Test Engineer III to develop and optimize DFT strategies for complex electronic systems supporting global wholesale technology customers. You will define test architectures, perform testability analysis, implement scan and boundary-scan structures, and drive high fault coverage for digital designs. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement DFT architectures for complex digital and mixed-signal designs
- Perform testability analysis and drive improvements in fault coverage and diagnosability
- Implement and validate scan, boundary-scan, and built-in self-test structures
- Collaborate with design, validation, and manufacturing teams to integrate and optimize test strategies
- Support test program development and debug for production and prototype hardware
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and recommend design or process improvements
- Document test methodologies, coverage metrics, and best practices for reuse across projects
