RPA Developer

Arrow Electronics is seeking an RPA Developer to design, build, and maintain automation solutions that streamline wholesale trade and technology operations. In this role, you will collaborate with global business and IT teams to analyze processes, define automation opportunities, and develop secure, scalable RPA workflows using leading platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. You will integrate bots with enterprise systems and databases, perform thorough testing, and provide ongoing support and optimization. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA workflows to automate business processes in wholesale trade and technology operations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable RPA solutions.
• Integrate RPA bots with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs while ensuring data integrity and security.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize bots for performance, reliability, and maintainability in production environments.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and support procedures for implemented automations.
• Monitor and maintain existing automations, resolving incidents and implementing enhancements.
• Apply best practices, governance, and code standards for RPA development across projects.
• Partner with cross-functional global teams to identify new automation opportunities and continuous improvement areas.
