Astound is seeking an Internet Field Technician to install, troubleshoot, and optimize high-speed internet services for residential and business customers. Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and test Astound internet equipment at customer locations
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity, Wi-Fi, and performance issues on-site
- Run, terminate, and label coax and ethernet cabling to company standards
- Educate customers on equipment use, best practices, and basic troubleshooting
- Document work performed in ticketing systems with accurate records
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and service-level standards
- Maintain tools, test equipment, and company vehicle in good condition
