You will install and configure servers, networking, and storage hardware; manage OS and firmware upgrades; and ensure high availability, performance, and security across large-scale data centers. Partner with operations, networking, and product teams to troubleshoot complex issues, automate routine tasks, and improve installation standards. Responsibilities
- Install and configure servers, storage, and network hardware in AWS data centers
- Perform OS, firmware, and driver upgrades while minimizing service impact
- Monitor infrastructure health and respond to incidents and alerts
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, network, and system performance issues
- Automate deployment, configuration, and operational tasks where possible
- Document installation standards, runbooks, and procedures
- Collaborate with networking, operations, and product teams on capacity and reliability
- Ensure security, compliance, and change management policies are followed
- Participate in on-call rotations and support critical production events
- Continuously improve data center installation processes and tools
