GXO Logistics is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive the reliability and scalability of our transportation and warehousing platforms. You will design and automate cloud infrastructure, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and improve observability for mission-critical logistics systems. Partnering with software, data and operations teams, you'll champion Infrastructure as Code, security best practices and high-availability architectures. In GXO's performance-driven, collaborative culture, you'll leverage automation, robotics and data tools to optimize supply chain solutions and lead initiatives that enhance system resilience, delivery speed and operational safety worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Design, automate and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for logistics platforms
- Build, improve and support CI/CD pipelines for frequent, reliable software delivery
- Implement and optimize observability, including monitoring, logging and alerting for critical systems
- Champion Infrastructure as Code and configuration management across production environments
- Collaborate with software, data and operations teams to improve reliability, performance and incident response
- Harden security for cloud, containers and data, following best practices and compliance requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, driving root-cause analysis and long-term fixes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance deployment speed, system resilience and operational safety
