Responsibilities
- Monitor and support night-time data center operations ensuring high availability of AWS infrastructure
- Perform hardware installations, swaps, cabling, and troubleshooting of servers and network equipment
- Respond to alerts, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate complex issues per AWS procedures
- Execute regular maintenance, inspections, and inventory management of data center assets
- Follow strict security, compliance, and safety protocols within the data center environment
- Document work performed, update tickets, and contribute to process improvements
