Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Infra Delivery Install Technician to support data center infrastructure deployment. In this role, you will rack and stack servers, network, and storage hardware; run and label fiber and copper cabling; and follow detailed build documents to deliver reliable, scalable capacity. You will execute work orders, update tickets, and coordinate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues. Responsibilities
- Install, rack, and stack servers, storage, and network hardware in AWS data centers
- Run, terminate, and label fiber and copper cabling to defined standards
- Execute installation work orders and update tickets and documentation accurately
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues and escalate as needed
- Follow detailed build guides, diagrams, and change procedures
- Perform inventory checks, receive hardware, and maintain accurate asset records
- Adhere to safety, security, and compliance policies in all work areas
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to support capacity delivery
- Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet AWS standards
- Support continuous improvement of installation processes and best practices
