Responsibilities
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into secure, scalable system architectures
- Design, configure, and integrate servers, storage, networks, and cloud platforms
- Implement and maintain system automation, monitoring, and performance tuning
- Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and reliability across all IT systems
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Develop technical documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, software, network, and project teams on solutions
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and digital modernization initiatives
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new capabilities
- Provide technical input to proposals, estimates, and project planning
