Sittercity is seeking a reliable Sitter to support our online childcare marketplace by helping test and refine caregiver-facing digital tools. In this role, you'll use our platform as a sitter, provide structured feedback on features, and help identify usability, safety, and communication improvements. You'll document issues, follow test scenarios, and collaborate with product and support teams to enhance sitter workflows. Responsibilities
- Use the Sittercity platform as a sitter to test new and existing features
- Execute test scenarios and provide structured feedback on usability and workflows
- Identify and document bugs, issues, and safety or communication concerns
- Collaborate with product and customer support teams to refine sitter tools
- Participate in feedback sessions, surveys, and usability studies
- Follow detailed instructions and reporting formats for test activities
