Job Description

As primary interface between sales and BU for assigned customers and/or regions, own purchase and configuration specifications responses, and close hardware and process specifications (RFQs). Analyze customer roadmaps and HVPs to position division products within assigned accounts/regions in line with customer specifications and product technical capabilities. As primary interface between sales and BU for multiple customers and/or regions. Follow through on division strategy for assigned account(s) and/or region(s) to achieve specific Market Share (%). Executes to product Single Page Strategy with Sales. Understand customer roadmaps and HVPs to help position division products within assigned accounts/regions in line with customer specifications and product technical capabilities. Contribute competitive intelligence to red teams. Coordinate with account and BM presentation and call plan setup. Own purchase and config spec responses. Responsible for closure of hardware and process specifications (RFQs). Qualify, schedule, and coordinate demos, visits, and source inspections. Program-manage account/division efforts. Set and drive eval tool milestones. Ensure division and operations follow through to meet purchase and config specs. Involve support organizations (spares, quality, etc.) to meet customer requirements. Drives timely CAR tool sign-off. Gathers data , conducts value pricing analysis and recommends pricing structure of products. Partner with Sales for order closure. Develop pricing strategy to introduce product enhancements to increase margin. Prepare and present level 0/1 technical presentations to customers. Responsible for achieving Account/Division level financial targets (gross margin, OpEx), book/bill commit and forecast. Handle the coordination between different working groups as finance, operations, product groups, manufacturing, business unit and field accounts. Setup strategy, layout plan, setup clear goal and drive different teams to achieve the objectives. Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Chemistry or related field plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related occupations. Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in each of the following: 300mm CVD and Epi semiconductor customers field facing experience, customer management experience. Using SAP, Q2B for finance forecast, capability to do materials cost, Gross margin analysis and planning. Technical roadmap knowledge, and PPT presentation. Knowledge of Epitaxy products, process, logic, foundry, DRAM device applications and semiconductor customers technical roadmap CVD Like products differentiation, finance requirements, operation performance and customer requirements. Salary range: $177,208.00 - $212,649.60 Location: 3050 Bowers Avenue, Santa Clara, CA 95054. 25% domestic and international travel required.
