Identify critical gaps in technologies, and implement new/enhanced solutions, throughout the product lifecycle. Provide pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex solutions. Technically lead difficult, complex systems application operations, and leads to execution teams beta-sites, evaluation and demos at customers site. Interface with customers to analyze systems requirements, technical requirements analysis, and implementation schedules. Define/approve Product application support plans for installation. Develop and lead new methodologies in order to optimize system performance for specific applications. Analyze, develop and transfer new application capabilities in the system envelope, from product division to customer application support team. Lead customer technical review meetings, and explain difficult or sensitive technical information, working to build consensus. Support product development, customer deployment, and services for Applied SmartFactory automation products and solutions in the areas of manufacturing execution, factory and equipment performance, and advanced process control. Implement Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solutions featuring SmartFactory MES 300works Full-Auto, MES FACTORYworks Maintenance Management. Triage and troubleshoot issues across the CIM (e.g. MES, Equipment Automation, CMMS, process control systems, message bus). Work with product engineerings QA team on continuous improvement activities. MES production support, MES Product delivery support, and CIM delivery project support. Develop new solutions and products with product engineering team to address market demands. Coordinate customers internal teams to deploy and optimize control solutions to achieve factory KPIs. Coordinate with systems administration and IT teams on developing and deploying control solutions. Present technical information to customers including technical contributors and managers. Create and implement software training and/or demonstrations. Perform software installations. Respond to customer requests for proposal (RFP). Develop and deliver statements of work (SOW). Telecommuting permitted throughout the US. Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in each of the following: 1. Factory automation technologies and business-critical systems: MES 2. Experience with SEMI standards and wafer/component traceability 3. Ability to integrate MES with all CIM applications- equipment automation, recipe management, process control systems, CMMS - to streamline production workflows. 4. Experience in gathering customer requirements, developing Statements of Work (SOWs), responding to RFPs and reviewing design documents with customers 5. Root cause analysis and resolution of intricate MES-related problems, including integration failures, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks 6. Manage multiple MES deployment projects concurrently 7.
