GovCIO LLC seeks a Senior Process Analyst to modernize mission-critical federal IT services. You'll lead discovery workshops, map current and future-state processes, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for agile delivery teams. Partnering with product owners, engineers, and government stakeholders, you'll identify bottlenecks, define KPIs, and recommend data-driven improvements that enhance citizen-facing digital services. Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with federal stakeholders to understand mission, workflows, and pain points
- Document current and future-state business processes using standard modeling techniques
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for agile teams
- Analyze data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and UX teams to align solutions with mission goals
- Support backlog refinement, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition
- Facilitate change management activities, including training and stakeholder communications
- Ensure processes comply with federal standards, security, and quality best practices
