Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School seeks a Junior Salesforce Developer to support our Education & Training mission within the IT & Data Management team. In this role you will configure and enhance our Salesforce platform to improve student data, enrollment, and program operations. Responsibilities include building reports, dashboards, and flows; assisting with integrations and data quality; troubleshooting user issues; and documenting solutions. You will collaborate with diverse, mission-driven colleagues, helping staff better serve adult immigrant learners while growing your Salesforce and data skills in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce to support student, program, and enrollment data needs.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and automation to improve school operations and services.
- Assist with data imports, quality checks, and integrations with other school systems.
- Troubleshoot user issues, provide training, and document solutions and processes.
- Collaborate with IT, data, and program teams in an agile, mission-driven environment.
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce features.
