This role will work under the direction of the Senior Director of Technology and in collaboration with the SILS (Student Information & Learning Systems) team, systems team, and external implementation partners. The Junior Salesforce Developer will help build scalable, secure, and user-centered solutions that support student enrollment, academic operations, reporting, and institutional workflows. Experience in the education sector is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development & Configuration Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications within Education Cloud. Build and modify: Custom objects, fields, validation rules Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows) Approval processes Page layouts and Lightning record pages Support Apex development (under supervision): Apex classes and triggers Test classes and code coverage Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) as needed.
