Equinox is seeking a Manager in Training to grow into a leadership role within our Information Technology & Software division. In this role, you will learn to oversee software and IT projects, support technical teams, and ensure high-quality delivery for clients. Working closely with senior managers, you'll assist with project planning, coordination, and performance tracking while gaining exposure to agile methodologies and advanced technologies. Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of software and IT project teams under senior leaders
- Assist with planning, tracking, and reporting on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Analyze project data and prepare status reports and process improvement suggestions
- Help manage quality assurance, risk identification, and issue resolution
- Participate in technology implementation, testing, and deployment activities
- Learn and apply agile or similar project management methodologies
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices for IT operations
- Support resource scheduling, onboarding, and training for team members
- Engage in leadership and professional development activities as part of the training program
