Equinox is seeking a Manager in Training to grow into a leadership role within our Information Technology & Software division. In this role, you will learn to oversee software and IT projects, support technical teams, and ensure high-quality delivery for clients. Working closely with senior managers, you'll assist with project planning, coordination, and performance tracking while gaining exposure to agile methodologies and advanced technologies. Responsibilities Support day-to-day management of software and IT project teams under senior leaders Assist with planning, tracking, and reporting on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Coordinate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients Analyze project data and prepare status reports and process improvement suggestions Help manage quality assurance, risk identification, and issue resolution Participate in technology implementation, testing, and deployment activities Learn and apply agile or similar project management methodologies Contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices for IT operations Support resource scheduling, onboarding, and training for team members Engage in leadership and professional development activities as part of the training program Required Skills Project management Agile/Scrum methodologies Software development lifecycle (SDLC) understanding Technical requirements analysis Data and performance reporting Quality assurance and testing coordination IT service management concepts (e.g., ITIL) Stakeholder and client communication Documentation and process mapping Basic cloud or infrastructure knowledge
