Job Description

Edward Jones is seeking an Engineer III to design, build, and optimize secure, scalable technology solutions that support our finance and insurance platforms. In this role, you will lead complex application and integration projects, translate business and compliance requirements into technical designs, and mentor junior engineers. You will collaborate closely with product, security, and operations teams to deliver resilient, high availability systems that power client-facing tools, analytics, and back office services, while championing best practices in coding, testing, DevOps, and cloud engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop secure, scalable applications and services for finance and insurance platforms
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Lead complex engineering projects and provide technical direction to teams
