Responsibilities
- Design and optimize digital workflows for physical medicine & rehabilitation providers using Systeme.io's platform
- Collaborate with clinicians and IT teams to translate rehab requirements into scalable software features
- Configure, test, and support integrations between EMR/clinical systems and internal tools
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to improve usability, accessibility, and compliance
- Create documentation, training materials, and best practices for rehab-focused product features
- Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory alignment in all implementations
- Support releases, troubleshoot issues, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
