The Web Analytics Specialist provides data analysis for the Global Enterprise Websites and internal global communications, including reports and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. This is a long-term, contract opportunity.Responsibilities:Multi-Channel Analytics & Performance OptimizationAnalyze and evaluate performance across corporate websites, intranet, email, SEO, social media, and paid digital campaigns against benchmarks and KPIs.Track user interaction data, journey trends, site health, and digital accessibility to identify optimization opportunities.Design, execute, and report on A/B testing experiments to drive conversion and growth.Break down complex data sets using MS Excel and advanced analytical techniques.Reporting, Dashboards & Data ManagementPartner with IT to build and enhance performance dashboards and visual reporting tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI).Develop customized reporting workflows and maintain a central data repository to streamline analytics enterprise-wide.Deliver recurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and real-time performance updates on paid media, events, and campaign launches to stakeholders.Synthesize multi-source metrics (vendors, internal teams) into actionable implications for future content strategy.Strategy, Stakeholder & Taxonomy AlignmentCollaborate with business stakeholders to map core objectives to measurable KPIs.Partner with content owners and IT to manage, update, and implement taxonomy across WordPress CMS and related systems for new page publications.Stay current on emerging analytics tools, industry benchmarks, and measurement best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Digital marketing, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of data analysis and reporting experience across enterprise platforms.Strong communication, project management and collaboration skills.Self-starter with attention to detail, project management proficiency and deadline orientedHigh level of proficiency across the Google Analytics suite of products, with a desire to support a strategy of continuous improvement across our analytics best practices.JOBID: JN -15 Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
