Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track complex IT projects supporting the marketing platform
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Manage product backlogs and sprint activities in Agile environments
- Facilitate communication between product, engineering, and stakeholders
- Support integration efforts and data flows between internal and external systems
- Conduct or coordinate user acceptance testing and quality checks
- Develop and maintain technical and process documentation
- Monitor system performance metrics and produce analytic reports
- Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards in solutions
