Job Title: CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer (Direct Hire + Career Growth)
Location: Akron and Solon OH area
Shifts: 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities
Pay: $20-$38/hr (depending on experience)
Job Overview We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists and Programmers for a variety of direct hire roles with top manufacturing companies in the Akron and Solon areas.
These roles range from operator-level positions to advanced setup and programming opportunities.
Responsibilities
Pay Details: $20.00 to $38.00 per hour

- Operate and set up CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines
- Edit or write CNC programs (Mastercam, G-code, or similar)
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and first-piece inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Maintain quality and production standards
- Experience operating CNC equipment (mills or lathes)
- Setup or programming experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Experience with tight tolerances (aerospace/medical a plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Direct hire roles with established shops
- Competitive pay based on experience level
