Job Title: CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer (Direct Hire + Career Growth)

Location: Akron and Solon OH area
Shifts: 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities
Pay: $20-$38/hr (depending on experience)

Job Overview We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists and Programmers for a variety of direct hire roles with top manufacturing companies in the Akron and Solon areas.

These roles range from operator-level positions to advanced setup and programming opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines
  • Edit or write CNC programs (Mastercam, G-code, or similar)
  • Perform tool changes, offsets, and first-piece inspections
  • Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
  • Maintain quality and production standards
Qualifications
  • Experience operating CNC equipment (mills or lathes)
  • Setup or programming experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
  • Experience with tight tolerances (aerospace/medical a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail

Pay Details: $20.00 to $38.00 per hour
