Wage/Salary Range: $110k - 170k Applicants will be notified via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Facilitate requirements elicitation, scoping sessions, and stakeholder workshops. Analyze business processes to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements. Develop business cases, including ROI, benefits, and compliance considerations. Author and refine Agile user stories and maintain the product backlog. Promote Agile best practices and support story grooming across teams. Testing & Quality Assurance Analyze user stories and requirements for testability and completeness. Design, develop, and execute test cases across system, integration, and regression testing. Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and validate fixes. Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile development lifecycle. Support documentation, reporting, and test evidence collection. Collaboration & Process Improvement Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams. Facilitate communication and ensure shared understanding of requirements and outcomes. Review vendor documentation and assess impact to systems and processes. Support continuous improvement of Agile, testing, and requirements practices. Provide SME-level insight into business processes, including DoD/USAF logistics systems where applicable. Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience (5-10 years). Level of Experience Requirements: 5+ years of experience in: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Requirements management Experience performing manual testing, including regression and integration testing. U.S. citizenship required. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and DevOps practices. Proficiency in: o Requirements elicitation and documentation o Agile story writing and backlog refinement o Test case design and defect tracking Experience with testing tools (e.g., Zephyr, qTest). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience with DoD/USAF logistics systems and business processes. Familiarity with Air Force environments. Experience with test automation tools or scripting. Supervisory Responsibilities This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
