Title: Field Support Engineer / Desktop Support

Location: Lake Success, NY (Onsite)

Experience: 3-5 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Field Support Engineer with strong desktop support experience to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support end users in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and customer support skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure PCs, laptops, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot desktop, connectivity, and user issues
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams
  • Perform maintenance and upgrades on desktop systems
  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
  • Follow IT policies, documentation, and security procedures

  • Willingness to work onsite and rotational shifts
